Before You Submit

What Information to Include

Describe what happened and what you have already tried. This makes it easier to investigate than a message that simply says “It doesn’t work.”

Connection and Access Issues

Include your platform, the route name shown in your client, the website or service you are trying to access, and roughly when the issue occurred. Say whether you cannot connect, pages fail to load after connecting, or only one service is affected. If you see an error, include its exact wording or attach a screenshot.

If you have already switched routes, updated your subscription or changed networks, describe what happened afterward. Please do not submit the same details repeatedly or share account information publicly while troubleshooting.

Subscriptions, Orders and Refunds

Identify the plan or data package in question, the order status shown in the dashboard, and what differs from your expectations. If a payment status looks wrong, include the relevant order record and redact payment details unrelated to the issue from screenshots.

VPNWant offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit refund questions through a support ticket and review the refund policy first. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. For data or upgrade checks, include what the dashboard shows.

Do not include passwords, full subscription links or access tokens in ticket messages or screenshots. Show only the status and error details relevant to the issue.

Common Questions Before You Submit

Where can I get the client and subscription details?

Find the client in the dashboard downloads section. Sign in to view your subscription details. For setup, start with the getting started guide and follow the steps to download a client, import your subscription and test the connection.

Where can I check prices and payment methods?

The plans page explains monthly subscriptions and data packages. Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported. For payment or crediting issues with an order, sign in to the associated account and contact support through a ticket.

How do I add information after submitting a ticket?

Return to your dashboard tickets, open the original issue and add details about what happened, any error messages or the results of steps you tried. Continue the conversation in the same ticket to keep the troubleshooting history together. Response times depend on the issue.
